RECRUITMENT POLICY

In order to provide equal employment and advancement opportunities to all individuals, employment decisions at Fjord Marin Turkey will be based on merit, qualifications and abilities. Fjord Marin Turkey does not discriminate in employment opportunities or practices based on race, color, religion, sex, national origin, age or any other characteristic protected by law.

The recruitment process is done Human Resources department experts. Human resources experts interview with the candidates at least two times. They test the compatibility of the candidates in competency-based interviews. At the end of the interviews and reference controls human resources department makes the offer to the successful candidates.

The negative answered applications will be kept six months in the human resources database for a future evaluation.

An "employee" of Fjord Marin Turkey is a person who regularly works for Fjord Marin on a wage or salary basis. "Employees" may include regular full-time, regular part-time, and temporary persons, and others employed with the company who are subject to the control and direction of Fjord Marin in the performance of their duties.

There are 189 workers including part time and full time working contracts. 80% of them are blue collared and working under Sales and Production departments. White collared personnel mostly work in our Main Office in Gulluk. We have 9 farms at different places in Bodrum and Milas and 2 land facilities. One of these land facilities is working as net maintenance center and the other one is the main Office.
