Production Quality

We, as Fjord Marin Turkey, apply our Quality policies also in our production as the case is in our every activity and realise our production by remaining loyalty values such as High Quality, Permanent customer satisfaction and Ethical values.

Our Production Quality Practices; Quality Control in course of production in our company:  it begins the control of genetic Quality of broodstock that will lay legs and of the Quality of eggs,

Eggs are  tested according to the Quality control criteria of our company and chosen  in a way to guarantee  the creation of new fishes having high level of productivity, high capacity to acquire meat tissue and being able-bodied,

Juveniles provided in order to be breed in our cages are chosen through the examination of their disease past as from their origins until to acquisition stage thereof  in accordance with our other Quality criteria such as being able-bodied, bodily having a good shape,

Ration of Juveniles: In line with our Quality criteria, they are chosen from foods highly nutritive, formed from composition having  natural and best aliment value , stored in proper conditions,

As for fish taken to the cage culture in a sea; fish feed which are formed from nutritive elements genetically having natural properties and being protected in proper storage conditions are preferred.

The fish health including the cage as from hatchery is protected through Veterinary Physician Consultation and Vaccination by  keeping them under control  in especially keeping under control the environmental conditions at optimal level. The conformity of environmental parameters (water, temperature, nitrite, nitrate, Ph, network dyes etc) and of the raw materials (fishmeal) are kept under control through analysis and test criteria.

The fish being farmed are refrigerated in time in accordance with Food Safety Rules-HACCP, via a blend through the best blending method in line with the company instructions.

Freshly refrigerated fishes being brought to the Packaging / Processing Plant area labelled with labels equipped with the information making possible the traceability after being packed in the packing / processing area as refrigerated in a shortest period of time by passing through quality control in respect of  refrigeration in convenience with duration and  chemical residues.

The Packing Plant fulfils without any defect the practices GMP and pay attention to occupational health and safety and to their training.
